Rental Agreement

The most important expectation at the Cottages at Half Moon Empire is that you treat our cottages and property as if they were your own. We appreciate you respecting our property and hope that you enjoy your stay. Here are a few guidelines to adhere to while you stay.

*Please note: Our property is under construction. Cottage parking and areas have temporary fences during the remainder of construction.

*This is a shared property. Please be respectful and know that others will be around. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

*No parties or large gatherings are allowed. There is a max capacity of 6 guest per cottage at a time.

*Half Moon Empire is a private property where only invited guests are able to enter the premises of Half Moon Empire, if you want a tour please call.

*Cottage guests are not allowed to cross onto the Half Moon Empire property unless they are attending the private event as an invited guest. Anyone who does not abide by these rules will be asked to leave the property and will not be reimbursed.

*Personal alcohol is allowed ONLY in the cottages and game area. It is NOT allowed in the parking lots, the cocktail hour/ceremony outdoor space, the lawn or the venue. You may enjoy your personal alcohol inside the cottages, the personal patios or the game area. An excess fee will be charged for violators and cops/security will be contacted. Any parties will be shut down immediately.

*NO smoking or vaping. The Cottages at Half Moon Empire is a tobacco-free, e-cigarette-free environment. The tenant will be fined $250 per incident if smoking occurs.

*Illegal substances are not permitted. The use or possession of illegal substances by tenant or tenant's guests will result in immediate evacuation of property without a refund.

*NO pets are allowed at the cottages at Half Moon Empire.

*There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

*NO children are to be left unattended.

*Report any damage to the property manager before departing.

*You are in the country. Animals and insects live here too. Please be aware and watch your step.
